Document Specifications in the InfraWare 360 platform are specific instructions for Transcriptionists that define instructions or requirements for finished documents.
Solution
When an MT downloads a job into the InfraWare Transcription Client (ITC), they automatically get any Specifications that apply to the job's Document Type, Facility or Author. An extended feature of Specifications is the ability to prompt the MT with a question prior to marking the finished Transcript as Complete.
