Why are the jobs in my queue shown in bold?

Overview

The IMC and Secure Web Portal allow you to select certain criterion that specify when a job will no longer be bold. 

Solution

  • There are five different options to allow you to customize what works best for you.  These 5 options are:

    • Never Bold - Jobs will not be bolded in the Queue
    • Not Delivered - These jobs have not been viewed, downloaded, or printed.  This includes downloading from the Queue, Job Properties page, and eSignOff
    • Not Downloaded - These jobs have not yet been viewed or downloaded
    • Not Printed - These job have not been printed via webPrint or Web Editor Print
    • Not Printed and Not Downloaded - These jobs have not been printed and not downloaded

  • To adjust the bold setting, go to the IMC User Preferences page (on the Tasks page in the IMC), and select the appropriate setting under the "Bold a Queue Row if Job Not:" preference.

Note: The terms Downloaded, Delivered and Printed refer to user actions in the IMC or Secure Web Portal.  They do not refer to automated delivery processes by the Document Delivery System (DDS) delivery plans.
