How to Port a Telephone Number to InfraWare for Dictation

Overview

Sometimes a customer has a dictation telephone number that goes into an old dictation system that they need to transfer to InfraWare. 

Solution

• If you have such a telephone number (that you own) the attached Letter of Authorization should be used to provide InfraWare with permission to do so.

• The telephone company will also require a copy of a recent phone bill that shows the phone number and customer name.
