Can I prevent facility users from retrieving incomplete jobs?

Enable/Disable Facility Users to Download/Print Incomplete Jobs

Summary
 
In this guide, you will learn how to enable/disable facility users to print or download incomplete jobs.  In some scenarios, it can be counter-productive if someone retrieves a report that is still a work in progress from the Secure Web Portal.  This feature allows an administrator to control that.
Overview
 
InfraWare 360 allows administrators to specify whether facility users are able to print or download incomplete jobs. In some settings, it is important to prevent users from referencing documents that are still works in-progress.    
 
You will need the following before you begin:
  • A administrator login ID and password for the IMC.                                                                                                                

Tasks:

  • Log in to the IMC with a registered email and password
  • Click on the Facilities sub-tab under the Administration tab
  • Select the Facility that you would like to edit by clicking its name in the list
  • Click on Advance view and scroll down to the Portal section to Allow Download/Print Incomplete job
    • Place a checkmark to enable downloading/printing of incomplete jobs
    • Remove checkmark to disable downloading/printing of incomplete jobs
