Can I prevent STAT Jobs from going to QA as part of a sampling percentage?

How to Exclude STAT Jobs from QA Sampling

Overview

The InfraWare 360 Platform allows Administrators to authorize QA Sampling for all jobs transcribed by an MT.   For even further clarification of the QA sampling, Administrators can set up an Account Setting to include STAT jobs in this sampling when QA sampling is activated for the MT who transcribed the job.  Leaving this option checked will exclude STAT jobs from QA sampling so they can be delivered to the customer promptly.  Leaving this option unchecked will include STAT jobs in QA sampling, which can delay delivery.

You will need the following before you begin:
  • An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC. 

Tasks

  • Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC
  • Choose the Administrator tab. 
  • Click on Edit Account.    
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Advanced
  • Scroll down to the Quality Assurance section.
  • Make sure there is NO checkmark in the “Consider STAT Jobs from QA Sampling” option.

  • Click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
