Allow an MT to Assign a Partially Completed Job in the ITC
Overview
InfraWare 360 Platform allows Administrators to give an MT permission to assign a partially completed job in the ITC. With this permission activated, if the MT is unable to complete a job for any reason, the MT can choose to assign the job to another MT to complete it.
You will need the following before you begin:
Tasks:

- On the Administrator tab, choose the Users sub-tab.
- At Filter by: Choose Transcriptionist from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the pencil to the right of the MT you would like to edit.
- Under Basic Settings: Put a checkmark next to “Allow MT to assign a partially completed job in the ITC.”
- Scroll down and click Save All to save your changes.
