How can I authorize Transcriptionists to add Addendums in ITC?

Answer / Solution

Allow a Transcriptionist to Perform Addendums

Overview
InfraWare 360 Platform allows Administrators to give a Transcriptionist permission to perform (add) addendums in the ITC.

You will need the following before you begin:

  • An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Tasks:

  • Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC
  • On the Administrator tab, choose the Users sub-tab.
  • At Filter by: Choose Transcriptionist from the drop-down menu.
  • Click on the pencil to the right of the Transcriptionist you would like to edit.
  • Under Basic Settings: Put a checkmark next to “Allow MT to perform Addendums in ITC.”
  • Scroll down and click Save All to save your changes.
