How to Prevent MTs from Manually Downloading Jobs in the ITC

Summary

InfraWare 360 platform allows medical transcriptionists to manually download jobs to their ITC Job Queue.  An InfraWare administrator can disable this feature to prevent "cherry picking" of jobs during the MTs work shift.   With this feature checked, the MT will be allowed to search in the ITC, but will not be able to manually download from the Search Window.   The MT will still be able to download completed jobs and jobs with MT feedback. 

To Disable Job Exports:

• Log in to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) with your Administrator Username and Password
• Select the Administration tab --> Users Sub-tab.
• Locate the MT you would like to edit and click on the pencil to open the transcriptionist user settings
• Place a checkmark next to "Disable Manual Downloads in ITC"
• Click Save All at the bottom of the page.
