Prevent an MT from Exporting Jobs in the ITC

Summary

InfraWare 360 platform allows medical transcriptionists to export a job from the ITC and save it as a Word document. An InfraWare administrator can disable this feature so further protecting patient health information (PHI) so that it is not saved on an MTs computer and only saved on the InfraWare 360 platform.

To Disable Job Exports:

Log in to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) with your Administrator Username and Password
Select the Administration tab --> Users Sub-tab.
Locate the MT you would like to edit and click on the pencil to open the transcriptionist user settings
Place a checkmark next to "Disable Exports in ITC"
Click Save All at the bottom of the page.
