How can I allow (or deny) access to Audit Trail?

Answer / Solution

Allow Access to Audit Trail

Administrators of the InfraWare 360 platform can manage the access of Facility users to the Audit Trail in the Secure Web Portal.  To enable Audit Trail Access, login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) and click on the Administration tab, then click the name of the facility you would like to edit.   Click on the Advance view and scroll down to the Portal section.  Place a checkmark next to Allow Access to Audit Trail.

When the Allow Access to Audit Trail is checked, all facility users have the option to view the audit trail of each job from the Job Properties page.
