What does the "Enabled" column mean on the First Draft Authors Page?

Answer / Solution

Enabled Column Explained

Overview

Each First Draft Author may dictate for multiple Document Types. Each of these Document Types can be turned on or off for First Draft, offering you very granular control over what goes through speech recognition. The Enabled column on the Authors page under the First Draft tab indicates how many Document Types are currently turned on for First Draft for each Author.  At the top of the column there is a total for all enabled document types for that Author for the current filtered list and Display option.
