How do I send a Secure Email Delivery from the IMC and Secure Web Portal?

Secure Email Delivery on-demand

Secure Email Deliveries can be generated on-demand via the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) and the Secure Web Portal.  This is often helpful for ad hoc deliveries where no permanent Delivery Plan has been established.

Steps to complete

  1. Secure eMail deliveries can be generated from the IMC and the Secure Web Portal by selecting one or more jobs and then click 'Secure Email Delivery on Demand' from the More Actions toolbar:
    • IMC Queue:

           
    • Secure Web Portal Reports:

  2. Enter an email address in the provided text area, or select an entry from the address book by clicking the icon to the right.

        
  3. If the email address was found on the platform then the user's information will next be displayed for confirmation.

        
  4. If the email address was not located on the platform then the user's contact information will be requested.  The user's first and last name are required.  The fields can be populated from the address book by clicking the icon to the right of email address.  This information will be confirmed by the target user during registration.
