Secure Email Delivery Documents

Overview

Documents are available for download via the Secure Email Queue, which allows for individual or en masse download. Individual documents will appear with the InfraWare job number in the ‘Job #’ column, while those documents that are the result of a batch or merged Delivery Plan will appear with a job number of ‘Multiple’.

Tasks

• To download a single document, simply click the job number in the left-most column. Multiple documents may be downloaded at once by checking the desired checkboxes and then clicking the Download button at the top.
  
      
  

• The portal will next prompt for the desired format (batched or merged documents will not prompt), which allows the document to be rendered in a number of formats.
