How do I manage bans for Secure Email Delivery?

Manage Secure Email Delivery Bans


In this guide, you will learn how to add an email address as a banned address, which will cause the InfraWare 360 platform to immediately stop sending any notification emails to the banned address. The IMC will also prevent any ad-hoc deliveries or new Delivery Plans from targeting the banned address.


  • Select Bans on the Delivery tab.


Create New Ban

  • To add a new ban, click the ‘New Ban’ button.


  •   Enter the email address that you would like to ban.


Delete a Ban

  • Existing bans will be listed and can be removed by selecting the desired checkboxes and then clicking ‘Delete’. This will remove the ban and allow new Secure Email Deliveries to be sent to specified email address.
