InfraWare Dictation for iOS Workflow Screen

The "Workflow" screen is the main menu for the InfraWare Dictation application.  This is where most functionality of the application starts.  This article will cover all of the menu options and how they are used.

In the upper right-hand corner you will notice a "Dictate" button.  This is used to initiate a free-form dictation (one that is not being done from the "Dictation Schedule"). Below that you will see links for the various queues that can be viewed.  The number next to each link represents the number of items in that queue. Tapping on the link will take you to the corresponding queue.

• Dictation Schedule:  This displays a list of appointments that have been entered for you in the Secure Web Portal by a facility user.  Tapping an appointment will start a dictation against that appointment.
• Drafts:  This is where dictations will be saved after they have been performed (or partially performed) but not yet submitted to the platform.
• Uploads:  This is where you can monitor the progress of dictations that have recently been submitted.  This will show dictations that are waiting to upload as well as ones that have just recently been successfully uploaded.
• Transcribing:  Here you can see a list of jobs that have been submitted to the InfraWare 360 platform and are currently pending transcription.
• eSign:  This will start the process of reviewing documents that are ready for eSign-off and will allow you to approve or reject the document.
• Complete:  This will display completed documents dictated on the InfraWare 360 platform within the last 60 days (a maximum of 500 documents). Tapping on any of the jobs in this queue will open the contents of the document for viewing.  Job information is then downloaded for viewing.  It is locally cached while being viewed, but is removed when the user navigates away from the “Complete” workflow screens.
