What is the Account Settings screen?

Account Settings Screen

The Account Settings screen. which is found in the IMC, allows the administrator to manage specific settings for their account. Account Settings are global in nature and affect your entire account, whereas Facility Settings only affect a specific Facility. The Account Settings screen will include items such as Security policy for user logins, managing license keys, managing Transcription requirements as well as managing Quality Assurance settings.

Tasks

The following steps will take you to the Account Settings screen:

  • Choose the Administration Tab
  • Choose Facilities sub-tab
  • Click on the "Edit Account" button found on the "Account and Facilities" screen.

Please Note: This screen has a "Basic View" and an "Advanced View". The Basic view contains basic settings needed to set up an account while the advanced view will contain many options that can be altered for an account. A user can toggle between these two views by clicking the "Switch to Advanced View" or "Switch to Basic View" found in the top left hand of the Account settings screen.
