What is the default search field option in the user preferences?

Default Search Field

Overview

The Default Search Field allows you to set the default field name that will show up in the admin queue search in the IMC.

Tasks:

The following steps show how to set this value:

  • Click on the Tasks tab.
  • Click on "Change my preferences".
  • Click on the down arrow to "Default Search field" to make adjustments.
  • Click on the "Save Preferences" button to save changes.
