IMC Admin Queue Export Button Explained

Summary

In this guide, you will learn how to export file(s), which include results for the current search that you have performed.

Overview

• In the IMC Admin Queue, press the Export button at the top of the queue (shown below):
  
• In the Secure Web Poretal, Reports tab, press the Export button at the top of the queue (shown below):
  

• When you press the Export button, the platform will create a file that is laid out in a tab delimited format and has a XLS extension. The contents of the file will include all results for the current search that you have performed. So for the example above, the XLS file will contain all 1889 records, even though the admin queue is only showing the first 500 records.

Please Note: In some versions of Excel, you might receive the pop-up message shown below. You will want to press "Yes" when you receive the message after pressing the Export Button.
