User Time Zone Setting Explained

Overview

The InfraWare 360 Platform includes a time zone setting which is available as a User Preference to determine what time zone is utilized throughout the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) for a logged in user. 

Steps

• Login to the IMC.
• Go to the Tasks tab.
• Select Change my preferences from the "What would you like to do?" section.  The User Preferences page will load.
• In the General Preferences section, select the time zone from the drop-down menu.  The default value is "Browser Reported Time Zone".
• Choose whether or not to Observe Daylight Savings by checking/unchecking the box next to that option in the General Settings.  The default setting is unchecked.
• Click Save Settings at the bottom of the screen.
• Settings will take effect right away.
