Job Properties Changed Report

Summary

This report will help Administrators identify jobs that have had their properties modified after submission, either by an Admin in the IMC or by an MT in the ITC.

Steps 

• Go to the First Draft Tab ⇒ Reporting SubTab, Job Properties Changed report. 
• Choose the parameters by which you will run the report.
• Click the Display Report button.

Parameters

• Facility: Filter the report to only include jobs from a certain Facility.  Default is All.
• Use last 30 days:  If this option is checked the report will run for the previous 30 days. This is the default.  If it is unchecked options to choose a specific date will be displayed.
  • Dates:  Choose a Start Date and End Date for which you would like to evaluate discarded drafts for your Account.  Results will be returned based on the date the draft was discarded.
  • Time Zone:  Choose the time zone to be used for the selected Start and End Dates.  Check the Daylight Savings box to observe Daylight Savings with your Time Zone selection.
    
• Display jobs with modified:  Choose to run the report for Author, Document Type, or Author and Document Type changes.
• Author:  Default is All.  If a specific Facility has been chosen above you will be able to choose a specific author from the drop-down menu.  If the Facility parameter is left on "All" you will not be able to choose.
• Document Category:  Default is All. If a specific Facility has been chosen above you will be able to choose a specific Document Category from the drop-down menu.  If the Facility parameter is left on "All" you will not be able to choose.
  
• Document Type:  Default is All. If a specific Facility has been chosen above you will be able to choose a specific Document Category from the drop-down menu.  If the Facility parameter is left on "All" you will not be able to choose.
• Account Manager:  Default is All Managers.  If Account Managers have been assigned you can choose from the drop-down menu.
• Group By/Then By:  Specify how the data is oriented. The “Group by” field will be the column that is to the far left, and will be the highest level of aggregation. The “Then by” column will be the 2nd most from the left, and the 2nd level of aggregation.  Whichever object you are most interested in analyzing (Authors, MTs, Doc Types, etc.) should probably be in the “Group by” field.
• Expand:  Default is None. Choose to expand the report to show results for Group 1, Group 2, or expand all results.
  
   

Columns

• Original Properties - Properties the job came into the system with.
  • Facility - Original Facility when job came into the system.
  • Author - Original Author when the job came into the system.
  • Document Type - Original Document Type when the job came into the system.
  • Source - Source of the audio when it came into the system (TDS, IDC, IWM).
• Current Properties - Properties the job currently has - (same) means property was not changed.
  • Author - Author at the time of job completion.
  • Facility - Facility at the time of the job completion.
  • Document Type - Document Type at the time of job completion.
• Changed - Statistics and numbers for what was changed.
  • Manual - Jobs changed manually in the IMC Queue (KB428), IMC Document Identification Queue (KB423), or the ITC (KB602). 
    • # - Number of jobs changed manually.
    • % - Percentage of jobs changed manually.
  • Auto - Jobs changed with Automation of the Document Identification Queue feature (KB902).
    
    • # - Number of jobs changed automatically by Automation of the Document Identification Queue. 
      
    • % - Percentage of jobs changed automatically by Automation of the Document Identification Queue.
      

Analysis

Notes

• This report only looks at the latest author and/or doc type change made.  If the Job Properties are changed more than once for a job, only the last change will be reflected.
• Jobs changed manually in the Document Identification Queue (KB423) will be counted as Manual changes
