Formatted and Unformatted Normals

Summary

The InfraWare 360 platform allows a user in the ITC to choose whether to insert a Normal as formatted or unformatted.

Choose Insert Formatted Normal to retain the format of the Normal (bold, italics, etc.).
Choose Insert Unformatted Normal to use the format of the job and paste as plain text.
