Adding a Manual Entry to the Audit Trail

Summary

All significant activity on jobs (dictations/reports) is logged in the InfraWare Transcription Platform.  Users with access to jobs in the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) or the Secure Web Portal can view the Audit Trail.  An Administrator can add a manual entry to the audit trail for a job if needed.

Note:  This feature is currently in Beta.

Requirements

  • An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC

Steps

  • Identify a job on the Queue page of the IMC or the Reports page in the Portal. 
  • Click the job ID (the hyper-linked number) to bring up to Job Properties window. 
  • Click the View Audit Trail link along the top of the page.
  • Click the Add Manual Audit Trail Entry link at the bottom of the window.
  • Choose the date and time in the Date Occurred.  You can type the values or click on the calendar and the clock to select.
  • Enter a a Comment and click Add Entry to save it to the Audit Trail.
     

Notes

  • Once you create an entry it cannot be edited or deleted.
