Multiple TDS Logins for Authors

Overview

If an author has rights to multiple Facilities on an Account, they may want to use the same TDS login information for all Facilities.  This would help them in not having to remember different TDS logins.

Solution

• If an Author is using the InfraWare Toll-Free number for dictating, it isn't possible to use the same TDS login for different account.  Each TDS login is required to be unique.
• If an Author is using the same local TDS number for all their Facilities, they also would not be able to use the same TDS login, because the TDS server wouldn't be able to differentiate between the Facilites.  They would need separate TDS logins for each Facility.
• If an Author is using a different local TDS number for each Facility, then the same TDS login can be used for each Facility, provided that the login isn't being used by another Author.
• Note:  For local TDS numbers, the Login and PIN numbers must match
