Option to Display Transcribed By in the ITC

Summary

The InfraWare platform allows an Account Administrator to determine whether or not the ITC will display the 'Transcribed By' name of the transcriptionist who transcribed the job on the Job Search screen (KB61).  This setting will default to 'on'.  Turning it off by unchecking this option will cause the Transcribed By column to be blank (i.e., the column is still visible, but the values are hidden).

Requirements

• Account Administrator login and password for the InfraWare Management Console (IMC).
• ITC Version 7.1.1.7 or later is required in order to observe this setting in the ITC.  Earlier versions of the ITC will not observe this new setting.

Steps

Follow these steps to hide the values in the Transcribed By column in the ITC:

• Go to the Administration tab, Account sub-tab.
• Scroll down to the Transcription section.
• Uncheck the box for the option to Display Transcribed By Name in the ITC Job Search.
  

  

• Scroll to the bottom and click Save.

Note

• ITC Version 7.1.1.7 or later is required in order to observe this setting in the ITC.  Earlier versions of the ITC will not observe this new setting.
