TDS Activity Report explained

Summary

The TDS Activity Report provides a summary of dictations are submitted over a given time via phone-in (TDS) lines.  This information can be useful in seeing a breakdown of the TDS numbers and minutes dictated per facility/author.

Requirements:

• An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Tasks:

• Log into the IMC using your Administrator username and password.
  
• Click the Reports tab ⇒ Dictation Activity sub-tab.
• Click on the TDS Dictation Activity Link under the Dictation Activity Report heading

Options Include:

• Account
• Facility
• Start Date, and End Date
• Time Zone
• Filter by TDS Number
  
• Filter by Author

• After selecting options, select "Display Report" to view report results.
