Compare New Jobs for Volume Analysis

Overview

The Compare Periods feature allows an Administrator to track sources of increases and/or decreases in volume.  Analysis includes the count of Minutes, Percent of Minutes, and First Draft Comparison for jobs dictated during the specified time periods. 

Requirements

• An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Steps

• Go to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC):  www.InfraWare.com/IMC
• Log in to the IMC with your Administrator username and password.  There are two ways to view a comparison of two separate periods of time, from the Account Dashboard or the Facility CRM page:
• Account Dashboard:  Allows you to compare results for more than one facility.
  • Click the Administration tab ⇒ Account sub-tab.
  • Near the top of the screen slide the selector to the left to change to the Dashboard. 
    
  • Scroll down to the Production History section and click the Compare Periods link:
    
  • Enter the Start/End Dates for the two periods you wish to compare, select an Account Manager and Facility Source from the drop-down menu, and then click Submit to see the results (as shown below):
    
• Facility CRM:  View results for a single facility for the selected time periods.
  • Click the Administration tab ⇒ Facilities sub-tab.
  • Select a Facility from the list and click on the CRM icon on the far right.
    

    

  • Scroll down to the Production History section and click on the Compare Periods link:
    
  • Enter the Start/End Dates for the two periods you wish to compare and then click Submit to see the results.
    

Output Columns

The results include columns for the following details:

• Facility - Name of Facilities included in the comparison
• Period 1 Jobs - Total Jobs dictated during the Start/End Dates for Period 1
• Period 1 Min - Minutes dictated during the Start/End Dates for Period 1
• Period 1 FD Min - Total First Draft Minutes during the the Start/End Dates for Period 1
• Period 2 Jobs - Total Jobs dictated during the Start/End Dates for Period 2
  
• Period 2 Min - Minutes dictated during the Start/End Dates for Period 2
  
• Period 2 FD Min - Total First Draft Minutes during the the Start/End Dates for Period 2
  
• Job Chg - Count of Jobs, comparing Period 1 to Period 2
• Job % Chg - Percent Change of Jobs, comparing Period 1 to Period 2
• Min Chg - Minutes Change, comparing Period 1 to Period 2
• Min % Chg - Percent of Minutes Change, comparing Period 1 to Period 2
• FD Min Change - First Draft Minutes Change, comparing Period 1 to Period 2
• FD % Chg - FD Percent Change, comparing Period 1 to Period 2
