Deleting a Saved Search

Overview

It is sometimes desirable to delete a Saved Search because it is no longer needed. 

Requirements

  • A login with access to the Saved Searches subtab in the IMC or Secure Web Portal.

Steps

In the InfraWare Management Console (IMC):

  • Go to the Queue tab ⇒ Saved Searches subtab.
  • Select the Saved Search from the drop-down menu.
    • Note:  If you need to Delete the Saved Search for another user click the »Admin Options link, choose the person from the drop-down menu, select whether you are deleting a Saved Search from the IMC or the Secure Web Portal, and then choose the Saved Search from the drop-down menu.
  • Click the Delete Settings button.

In the Secure Web Portal:

  •  Go to the Reports tab ⇒ Saved Searches subtab.
  • Select the Saved Search from the drop-down menu and click the Delete Settings button.
