|How can I specify my Billing Contact for a Facility?|

Administrators of the InfraWare 360 platform can specify the Billing Contact for each of their customer facilities. This can then be used as an easy reference when contacting your customer for billing purposes. To do so, login to the InfraWare Management Console (IMC) and click on the Administration tab, then click the facility name you would like to edit. Scroll down to the Billing section and enter the name of the Billing Contact.
Note: The Facility Settings page can be viewed in either a Basic view or an Advanced view (with more detailed options). The Billing Contact displays on either view.
