Setting a Account Manager and Workflow Coordinator for a Transcriptionist in the IMC

Overview

The Transcriptionist HR screen inclues a drop-down menu for an Administrator to set an Account Manager and Workflow Coordinator for the Transcriptionist. This is an optional setting which can be used to filter listings on the Account Dashboard, Users page, First Draft Editors page, and as a parameter on some Reports.

Steps

  • Log in to the IMC using your Administrator username and password.
  • Go to the Administration tab ⇒ Users sub-tab.
  • Click on HR icon in the far right column of the listing, or go to the Transcriptionist settings page and select the HR option at the top of the page.  See KB687 for details on the HR page. 
  • In the Profile section go to the Account Manager and/or Workflow Coordinator setting and choose from the drop-down menu. 
  • Be sure to click on the Save button at the bottom of that Profile section in order to save your changes.
