What is the Billing Detail Required check box on the CRM Document Upload?

Billing Detail Required Checkbox Explained

Summary

Some facilities require that patient names and other detailed items be displayed on their Billing Reports.  A checkbox has been created on the Facility CRM page to identify those Facilities that require detailed billing reports

Solution

  • Log into the IMC with your Administrator username and password.
  • Click the Administration tab ⇒ Facilities sub-tab.
  • Select a Facility from the list and click on the CRM icon on the far right.
  • In the Profile section of the CRM, place a checkmark next to 'Require Detailed Billing'

When this checkbox is enabled, the Billing Report will show the requirement statement under the Facility name and date range:
