Secure Web Portal upload of files for transcription

Summary

The Secure Web Portal allows Authors and Administrators to securely upload files to the platform by following the steps below.

Requirements

• This feature is only available in the new Secure Web Portal:  app.InfraWare.com/Portal

Steps

• Log in to the Secure Web Portal using your internet browser and go to the Reports tab ⇒ Upload Sub-tab
  
• Select/Enter the parameters for uploading the job(s) to the platform and click Next » button.
  
• Click the Select Files button to choose files.
  
• Click the Begin Upload button. 
  
• Progress will be shown for each file. 
  
• Once the upload process is complete a pop-up will display and a job number will be listed next to each file.  Jobs uploaded using the Secure Web Portal will have a W prefix.
  
• To upload more files click the New Upload button.

 Notes for Admins

• Users will only see Facilities where they are an Author or have proxy rights.
• Location drop list will appear after selecting a Facility with Locations defined. 
• Author defaults are observed when an author is selected.  This will select their default Document Type (KB154) and Location (KB956) when available.
• Video Uploads:  WMV format will upload video files.  If you are uploading MP4 video file, only audio will be made available on the platform.
