Allow Users to Modify STAT in the Portal

Solution

The InfraWare 360 platform allows Administrators to enable the ability for Facility users to mark a job STAT from the Secure Web Portal.  This is a Facility setting which is observed in the Secure Web Portal. 

Requirement

• An Administrator login ID and password for the IMC.

Steps

• Log in to the IMC at www.InfraWare.com/IMC
• Choose the Administrator tab, Facilities sub-tab.
• Click Facility would like to edit.
  
• Select the Advance view and scroll down to the Portal section to find “Allow User to Modify STAT”.  Put a checkmark next to it.
  
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes.
